Hey gang!
I hope everyone's having an awesome weekend and getting some well-deserved down time. I'm excited to announce The Few and Cursed board game will be demoing at GenCon next week!
Mike Gnade and his banner Rock Manor Games will be present with a booth (2660!) and have setup a few demo sessions for fans to play The Few and Cursed board game prototype :D
We're already working full time on the designs and original exclusively commissioned art for the game with some fan favorite artists like Luke Ross, Rui Silveira and Zé Carlos and some exciting new faces:

Light study by Rui Silveira for a character we introduced right here on Chronicles - Captain Bartholomew Eamus!
The board game is slated to hit Kickstarter in 2019, date still TBD but I will keep sharing these exciting previews and backstage production materials hoping you guys are as excited for it as I am!

I also wanted to give you all a heads-up the Kickstarter for my new book The Lost Kids: Seeking Samarkand ends this WEDNESDAY (Aug. 1st) at 11pm EST.
It's been a phenomenal ride and campaign mostly thanks for the support of return backers so to all you guys that have already jumped on this (and those that plan on doing it on this final stretch) here's my most sincere THANKS!!!
Help us unlock a few more Stretch Goals, what about it?!
I aim to do a perfect replica of a SNES game box as if the Lost Kids had been released as an RPG back in the 90s.
The idea here is to ship the actual box that backers could fold and mount themselves to display as a collectible. I'm also doing pixel art as screenshots of a fictitious Lost Kids for the back cover.
We still have to tinker some art/design details but I think the above preview paints a pretty good picture.
I know this has nothing to do with Chronicles or even The Few and Cursed universe but I think this is probably one of the coolest Stretch Goals I've ever thought about and I wanted to share with you to get a feel for something similar once The Few and Cursed #5 campaign rolls around.
What do you guys think?

Shipping the last packages this week with upgraded books!

Hey everyone!
This is likely my last update regarding the Chronicles rewards as I'm shipping the very LAST group of packages this week.
After a couple of weeks filled with Fedex excuses and still no package, I've decided to upgrade everyone's variant cover books from softcover to hardcover. On behalf of Fedex, I apologize for the delay and I hope those with packages delayed be more than happy with the hardcover editions when they arrive.
There are a couple of backers that have purchased both the softcover and hardcover and I will contact those privately to issue refunds for the missing book.
So here's how we stand on fulfillment:
841 packages shipped
22 are ready to ship and will go out this week 17 backers have not answered their Surveys and thus will not get their rewards until they do so.
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all once again for the massive support and understanding throughout this whole experience. Sorry for all the delays and problems but it's quite a relief to see you all getting your rewards and being so happy with them.
Now onwards to the exciting new Kickstarter 100% already funded...

Thanks to the continued support of many of you already we funded The Lost Kids Part I in about seven hours and after a few days we're already working towards Stretch Goal #2!
This is a very dear and personal project that mixes everything I've ever loved growing up: monsters, airships, fantasy and magic :D

My new book, an epic fantasy graphic novel, The Lost Kids: Seeking Samarkand, is now LIVE on Kickstarter and welcoming pledges :D
We've already raised 89% of our initial goal in the first 8 hours or so, I actually think we might be able to fully fund this one on the very first day!! Which means... STRETCH GOALS!

First and foremost, now that the fulfillment is pretty much complete, I've now updated the Few and Cursed store with some very limited leftovers like the sought-after 321: Fast Comics books.
These are very limited as we're pretty much sold out, we're talking like a dozen copies of each. To secure yours hit the link below:
Alright, fellas, here are some stats from your rewards:

It seems we can't get a break... after KrakenPrint delayed the Chronicles order, now Fedex has "misplaced" a 60lbs package containing all three boxes with the Variant softcovers.
Hence the 20 packages ready to ship are still momentarily on hold...
Everything else has been delivered and this particular package was part of a master shipment so go figure what these bozos are up to. I've been on the phone with them and they are still "investigating".
Worse comes worst and the package is never found, I will automatically upgrade the variant softcovers to hardcovers and keep my commitment to you guys. I just ask for a little bit more patience while I do my best to sort this out.

THE LOST KIDS: SEEKING SAMARKAND VOL. 1 COMING TO KICKSTARTER ON JUNE 26th!
Next Tuesday, June 26th. I'm finally releasing the very first graphic novel I've ever worked on - The Lost Kids: Seeking Samarkand!
This is particularly exciting to me as I've lived with this epic story for ten years now and I feel this is the right time to finally publish it in print. We've had a very successful run in Brazil and I cannot wait to follow in their footsteps!
The Lost Kids is a love letter to Goonies, the 80s cartoon Dungeons & Dragons and Final Fantasy! It's a fantasy graphic novel featuring a group of five teenagers that after being mysteriously transported to a world with magic and airships must find a lost city in order to return home.
It was originally published in digital format in an 8-issue run but I'm now collecting the books in two beautiful volumes!
Lavishly illustrated by a team of professional artists, The Lost Kids made quite a splash back on DeviantArt when some of the most popular artists there contributed their talent to the book.
